By submitting a payment through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All fees (admission, monthly, examination, or any other type) are clearly communicated before payment.
Fees are collected for educational and operational services provided by the Maktab.
All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) using secure gateways like Razorpay.
All payments made are generally non-refundable, except in specific cases such as:
Duplicate payment (same fee paid more than once by mistake)
Excess payment (amount paid more than the required fee)
Transaction error (amount debited but payment failed on the system)
In these cases, the parent/guardian must inform us within 7 days from the date of transaction for verification and refund processing.
Once a fee payment is made, it cannot be canceled.
Requests for cancellation after submission will not be entertained, as services (like seat allocation, books, etc.) may have already been initiated.
